DEPOSIT
A deposit of 30% of the total price is due at the time the order is placed with Wood-Tex Products. If your order is placed over the phone you may mail us a personal check or money order for a deposit. We also accept MasterCard or Visa for a deposit, however we have a $2000.00 limit on our Credit Card transactions per structure. No more than $2000.00 may be run on any credit card for any one structure, including any deposits received prior. You may pay the balance due on the shed or barn with your credit card IF you call the office BEFORE delivery is made and the total amount run on the card including the deposit does not exceed $2000.00.

CANCELLED ORDERS
All deposits made by check or cash will be returned in full if the order is cancelled BEFORE the structure is built. A 3% transaction fee will be charged on the amount of deposit received if the deposit was made with any credit card. The total deposit less the 3% can be credited back to your card if the cancellation was made BEFORE the structure was built. Any and all deposits can be kept if the cancellation is made after the structure is completed.

PERMITS
The purchaser is responsible for any and all permits, variances and other town required documents necessary to place the structure on the purchaser's property. Wood-Tex seeks to build every structure with the highest standard of engineered craftsmanship. We will continue to provide you with structures that exceed code and are happy to provide you with any types of drawings you may need to acquire your permit. Should your town require something out of the norm we will be glad to work with you through the process. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.

It is the customer's responsibility to have their site ready and level for delivery, the average time to place a shed is 20 minutes. It is the customer's responsibility to notify Wood-Tex if their yard conditions are not conducive for delivery on the specified date due to rain, snow etc. If the site is inaccessible on delivery due to mud etc., Wood-Tex will temporarily set the shed at the most convenient place for the driver and customer and will return at a later date to place it on it's original pad when possible.

**Full payment is still due on delivery and there will be a $50.00 fee to come and place the shed at a later date.

The customer is responsible for any tow truck fees to recover delivery truck. We want you to have a pleasant, satisfied experience and will do our best to accomplish this for you! Completion and delivery dates are approximate only, please be patient!
